Intuitive Art Workshops

During these workshops we explore techniques in drawing, painting, collage, printmaking.

We will create a space of non-judgement to support a deepening into intuition, observation and awareness. Our work is inspired by nature, which has been studied by neuroaesthetic researchers to enliven all of the senses. It brings a sense of calm and connection.

Workshop participants can expect a grounding, creative experience through a method of drawing and painting that is intuitive, making it ideal for those with a limited (or no) artistic background. We start with a few moments of centering, followed by instruction and demonstration. Materials are provided. Participants will leave the workshop with finished art pieces, along with a relaxed and recharged feeling.
