What I love about coaching is that it is a learning experience for both the client and the coach. I gain so much insight after every session. Connecting and getting to know people is hugely valuable, and is an enjoyable growth opportunity for everyone involved.
Having overcome childhood shyness and many of my own blocks and patterns of belief, I remember the moment that I felt truly myself, and from there gained my own sense of personal power. This power comes from trust in my intuition and knowing; I have the choice to steer the course of my life.
My coaching practice is strongly influenced by this intuition and creativity; being open to unknown possibilities, letting go of resistance to areas of negativity in order to allow what naturally wants to flow in our lives. I believe that we all have innate creativity - wether we are artists or not. Discovering and connecting to our truth is the starting place for the wonderful relationships as well as the sense of purpose that wants to be a part of our lives!
